I believe in living fully expressed—with honesty, intention, and heart. I’ve spent years learning, growing, and walking alongside others as they navigate the beautiful complexity of relationships. And I’m still learning. There’s always more to discover—about ourselves, about love, and about what’s truly possible.
What I know for sure is this: hope changes things. It gives us a fresh start, a new perspective, or simply the courage to try again. Even a small flicker of hope can be enough. Like building a fire, it begins with just a spark. You feed it, give it space, and soon it becomes something steady and life-giving.
That’s what hope does in a relationship. It breathes life into it. It creates space for connection, healing, and growth. I believe every relationship has the possibility of change—and that includes the one you have with yourself.
That’s why I created this community. Because I believe we learn and grow best together—when we’re open to change, to possibility, and to each other. This is a space to see that relationships don’t have to be so hard. There is an easier way. One that starts with awareness, unfolds with support, and deepens through shared wisdom.

Instead, I’ll help you slow down, get curious, and see beyond the noise and overthinking that’s been keeping you stuck. From that grounded place, you’ll make better decisions, communicate more clearly, and show up more fully—for yourself and the people you care about. Coaching is practical, powerful, and rooted in the belief that you already have everything you need. Sometimes, you just need someone to help you see it.

How is coaching different than therapy and counselling?Therapy and counselling often focus on healing the past, treating mental health concerns, or understanding how past experiences impact your present. Coaching with Wendy is about looking in a new direction—one that’s grounded in the present moment and the belief that you are already whole, resilient, and capable. I’m not here to analyze or diagnose you. I’m here to help you quiet the mental noise, reconnect with your innate wisdom, and see your challenges with greater clarity and perspective. This work doesn’t require years of digging through your past. Instead, it reveals that insight, peace, and change are available to you right now. When you begin to understand how your thoughts create your experience moment to moment, you naturally begin to shift—from overwhelm to ease, from fear to freedom, from conflict to connection. It’s not about coping better. It’s about seeing differently. And that changes everything.

How long does the coaching last?Coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about what works best for you. Some clients come for short-term support—maybe a few sessions to get clarity on a specific challenge. Others choose to work together for several months or more as they navigate deeper transitions, like improving a relationship, moving through a divorce, or reconnecting with themselves. Most of my coaching programs begin with a 2-day immersion followed by 3 months of 1:1 support, because lasting change takes some time, insight, and practice. But we’ll always tailor the experience to your needs, your pace, and your goals. You're never locked in—but you’ll likely find that once you start seeing differently, you’ll want to keep building on that momentum.

What if I’m just considering divorce?That’s exactly the right time to work with a coach. You don’t need to have all the answers right now. In fact, this in-between space—when you’re unsure, overwhelmed, or silently wrestling with “Should I stay or should I go?”—is where coaching can be most powerful. We’ll create a calm, non-judgmental space where you can hear yourself think, explore your options, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and make decisions that align with your values and your future. No pressure. No agenda. Just clarity, support, and real conversations to help you feel steady and strong—whatever you decide.

Are my conversations confidential?Yes, 100%. Everything you share in our coaching sessions is completely confidential. This is your safe space—to explore, reflect, question, and express whatever’s on your heart or mind without fear of judgment or concern about it being shared. I hold your trust with deep respect. Your privacy, emotional safety, and well-being are my highest priorities.

What if I need to speak with you in between our sessions?You’re not alone between sessions. Coaching isn’t just a once-every-two-weeks conversation—it’s ongoing support. You'll have access to on-the-spot support between sessions for those moments when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or need a little clarity or encouragement. You can reach out by voice message, text, or email, and I’ll respond within an agreed timeframe. Sometimes one insight or reminder in the moment can shift everything—and I’m here for that.

Will there be work to do between sessions?What you do between sessions matters more than our conversations. This is a time for you to be open and willing to try new things, to take action, and to show up in your life in a way that is true to who you are. Together we will decide the best way to move forward. This may include books to read, podcasts to listen to, informal assignments to gain clarity around an area in your life that you would like to change, practicing communication skills, etc. We will work together to meet your objectives and create action steps to get there.
