Excuses, blame, and how to take one hundred percent responsibility for your life.

AHA'S AND ACTION:

Here are 2 thoughts, 2 inspirations, and 1 question for you to reflect on this week…

2 THOUGHTS FROM ME

1. I am 100% responsible for all the problems in my life and I am 100% responsible for all the solutions. I am the solution to all of my problems.

2. As I am getting ready for the next quarter and thinking about my family, my work, my health, my beliefs and values and goals I got real honest with myself and discovered that I have been making excuses in some areas of my life that need improvement. I am getting in my own way. No more excuses. Get real. Delete. Commit. Take action.

2 INSPIRATIONS FROM OTHER PEOPLE

1. “He that is good for making excuses, is seldom good for anything else.” by Benjamin Franklin.

2. “The only thing standing between you and your goal is the story you keep telling yourself as to why you can't achieve it.by Jordan Belfort.

1 QUESTION FOR YOU

1. What is one area of my life that needs improvement? What is the next ordinary step that I have to practice every day to improve this area of my life?
