AHA'S AND ACTION:
Here are 2 thoughts, 2 inspirations, and 1 question for you to reflect on this week…
2 THOUGHTS FROM ME
1. I don’t practice gratitude—I truly feel it. I’m grateful for everything in my life. The list is long and never-ending. And when I hit a slump or feel stuck, I come back to that truth.
What I’ve realized is that gratitude doesn’t close the door on wanting more. It opens my mind. It clears the fog. It makes space for wisdom and contentment to come through. I can want more without feeling empty—because I already know how full my life is.
2. Gratitude and desire can live side by side. I can feel deeply satisfied with what is and still feel pulled toward something new. The trick is not chasing more because I think I’m not enough—but being present enough to enjoy the view while I keep moving forward.
2 INSPIRATIONS FROM OTHER PEOPLE
1. “Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” by Aesop.
2. "Success is a journey, not a destination. The doing is often more important than the outcome." by Arthur Ashe.
1 QUESTION FOR YOU
1. What are you grateful for? How do you feel when you ponder what you already have in life?
