2 THOUGHTS FROM ME
1. In 2025 one of my goals is to be more focused. I am easily distracted by my children, a phone call, a text, a thought, work, boredom, and overwhelm. I have created a plan to be more focused in all of the areas of my life that are important to me.
2. It really is true that the more time and attention I give to something the more of that thing appears in my life. On September 1, 2024, I started this practice: Every morning I decide what three things I will complete that day. I decide what I will complete. I commit to doing it. I block time to focus. Every night I review my day.
So far, I am on track, and this is exciting to me.
