AHA'S AND ACTION:
Here are 2 thoughts, 2 inspirations, and 1 question for you to reflect on this week…
2 THOUGHTS FROM ME
1. I’ve noticed something: when I’m focused on what’s “wrong”—what’s missing, what’s hard, what someone should have done differently—I find more of it. My brain becomes a radar for disappointment.
2. When I stop and ask, What am I actually looking for here? I’m reminded how much of what I see depends on what I’m paying attention to. If I’m scanning for problems, I’ll find them. But if I set my intention to notice the good—the strength, the effort, the tiny bright spots—I start to see a different story.
2 INSPIRATIONS FROM OTHER PEOPLE
1. “We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.” by Anaïs Nin.
2. "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” by Wayne Dyer.
1 QUESTION FOR YOU
1. Is there a relationship in your life that you would like to improve? Can you find something positive to focus on?
