What do I want, trusting the process, and movement is where you will find out.

AHA'S AND ACTION:

Here are 2 thoughts, 2 inspirations, and 1 question for you to reflect on this week…

2 THOUGHTS FROM ME

I’ve noticed how often I wait to feel ready before I move. Like I need to trust myself more, be clearer, or feel more confident before I take a step. But what I keep seeing in my own life is that action doesn’t come from trust — it comes from wanting something enough to try. I can stumble. I can second-guess. I can fall down and get back up. And I can still go for it. And I can trust the process and keep on moving.

What has helped me out is to keep it simple. When I want a hundred different things, I don’t move at all. So, what do I do? I pick one. I look at my list and decide what I am going to try and what action I am going to take– I test, iterate, test, try and lone behold I usually figure it out. I never do it cause I trust myself - I do it when I start, when I try, when I practice, when I test, when I take action. The path doesn’t open because I chose correctly. It opens because I chose something and started walking. And what I have seen time and time again is that clarity tends to follow motion, not the other way around.

2 INSPIRATIONS FROM OTHER PEOPLE

“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” by Martin Luther King Jr.

“Do not wait; the time will never be ‘just right.’ Start where you stand.” by Napoleon Hill.

1 QUESTION FOR YOU

If you didn’t need to feel confident or certain first, what’s one small (or big) thing you would start this week — because you want to, because it excites you, because you desire it?
