2 THOUGHTS FROM ME
1. The last few years I have been intentional about getting back some time that I felt was slipping away so quickly. There are practical ways like using Instacart for grocery delivery, hiring people to do work that I don’t like to do or am not good at, and ordering in food now and again.
And want to hear what has been a real game changer? I have learned to say no to things and people that distract me, and to slow down and focus on what is most important to me.
2. We all have 24 hours in a day. I continue to be more and more intentional about how I spend my time and who I spend my time with. I want to only surround myself with positive people who I can learn from, who I can teach, share great conversations with, laugh with, and who inspire me.
