AHA'S AND ACTION:
Here are 2 thoughts, 2 inspirations, and 1 question for you to reflect on this week…
2 THOUGHTS FROM ME
1. In the middle of last year, I found myself worrying about my business. One thought led to another, and I had created a long list of things that needed to be done, time that I didn’t have, what if this and what if that’s. I had myself really worked up and I wasn’t in a very good mood.
I decided to look at the worst-case scenarios and create a plan to make sure that didn’t happen. I found the right people to work with, I organized my priority list, and I took massive action, and this helped to get me back on track in a big hurry.
Massive action to avoid the worst-case scenarios is my go-to when I am feeling worried about anything at all.
2. When I am feeling stuck I know that I have to make a decision. I think about my values, who I am, and my why for doing what I am doing. Then I decide and take action.
2 INSPIRATIONS FROM OTHER PEOPLE
1. “I am an old man and have known a great many troubles, but most of them have never happened.” by Mark Twain.
2. “Worrying is like a rocking chair; it gives you something to do but never gets you anywhere.” by Erma Bombeck.
1 QUESTION FOR YOU
1. What aspects of this situation are within my control, and what actions can I take right now to address those factors?
