AHA'S AND ACTION:
Here are 2 thoughts, 2 inspirations, and 1 question for you to reflect on this week…
2 THOUGHTS FROM ME
1. Sometimes I feel deeply human—flawed, emotional, reactive. I overthink. I rush. I judge. And then, almost in the same breath, I feel something quieter underneath it all. A deeper presence. A softness. A kind of knowing that doesn’t come from effort or intellect.
That’s the spiritual part of me, connected to something much bigger than me. The part that isn’t trying to be anything, but simply is.
2. What I’ve come to see is that I’m not one or the other—I’m both. A human being who forgets, stumbles, and gets caught in thought. And a spiritual being, always connected to something wiser, calmer, and infinitely steady. The more I remember that, the more compassion I have for myself and others. It’s not about choosing between the two. It’s about seeing the beauty in being both.
2 INSPIRATIONS FROM OTHER PEOPLE
1. “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” by Rumi.
2. “The self is not born, nor does it ever die… it is unborn, eternal, ever-existing, and primeval.” from The Bhagvad Gita.
1 QUESTION FOR YOU
1. Who are you being right now, and is it aligned with who you say you are?
